Abstract: We all go to events for networking. The intent of networking could be to find a new job, co-founders, funding for your start-up, meeting new friends, etc. Traditionally networking has been about meeting new people, however, that is not very effective.Networking is about meeting the right people. In this session we will share tips on how to find the right people. Specifically, we will go through activities that you should do before the event, during the event and after the event. We will also discuss tools that help you in this task. We plan to make this session interactive so be prepared to share your networking stories - good and bad.
